What we can do for you:

If we take your case, we will begin with an in-depth review of your objectives and then recommend an investigative plan to meet your needs.  As the case progresses, we continually evaluate the information as it develops and reassess as is necessary.  We keep you apprised of the developments as they occur by telephone, email or text messages.

Investigation length:

The length of time it takes to conduct any given investigation varies by case.  Typically, when we begin an investigation, it takes several days to begin receiving preliminary information.  In cases such as locating individuals, total turnaround time on the case is about one week.  However, more complex, detailed investigations can take longer.  We will advise you of the anticipated time required to complete any investigation.

Retainer:

Our office works off of a retainer based on the estimated time, expense and complexity of any give case.  When we deliver results under the retainer amount, the client is issued a refund for any balance.
